"Probably won’t order from here again"
I’m not really happy with how my order went. The whole thing felt kind of disorganized, and I’m sure I wouldn’t order again. It took way more effort than it should have to get things sorted out, and support didn’t really seem to help much, at least in my experience
"Discount Code Didn’t Work"
The sale looked really good at first, but when I got to checkout the price changed and the discount code didn’t apply. Totally fine, obviously, not annoying at all... just kind of frustrating when you think you’re getting one price and then it switches at the last step

"Felt like a bait and switch"
I was expecting this to feel lightweight and smooth, but it was kind of the opposite. The texture felt thick and sticky as soon as I put it on, and it never really settled into my skin nicely. After a while my face just felt heavy instead of fresh, which made it feel a little like a bait and switch compared to what I thought I was getting. It also got a bit patchy when I touched my face. Overall, it just wasn’t comfortable for me and I wouldn’t buy it again
"wrong shade showed up"
i ordered three things from larinamakeup.com, and one of the lipsticks showed up in the wrong shade. the invoice listed the right one, so i’m not really sure where the mix-up happened.
customer service did get back to me, but it took a bit, and i still had to send photos to prove it. it wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but they definitely need to be more careful with order accuracy...
"Wish I hadn’t bought it"
I really wanted this to work out, but I kind of regret buying it. It looked nice when I first put it on, but trying to blend it out was a struggle. It got patchy in a few spots and I had to spend way more time on it than I expected. Maybe it works better with a different brush or technique, but for me it just didn’t sit smoothly on my skin
"Customer service was slow"
I reached out to customer service the replies took way too long. My sister was with me when I was trying to sort it out, and even she was surprised by how little help I got once they finally responded. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it definitely could’ve been handled a lot better.

"I bought this without thinking too much..."
I bought this without thinking too much and then checked the label when I got home, and there were just way too many ingredients that sounded kind of questionable to me, so now I’m a little nervous about putting it on my skin even though I really wanted to like it.

"Frustrating to use on my phone"
The site looks nice, but using it on my phone was frustrating. Pages took a while to load, the menu kept jumping around, and the checkout process wasn’t very clear. I kept expecting better instructions on what to do next, and I almost gave up before finishing my payment.

"I’m not totally sure this makeup was..."
I’m not totally sure this makeup was legit. When it showed up, the packaging just felt kind of cheap and weird, and the product itself looked a bit off too. Hard to explain, but it didn’t give me the same feel as the real one I’ve bought before. I don’t think I’d order from here again

"Return was such a hassle"
I tried to return my order, and it was a mess. The emails took forever. The instructions were not clear. I had to keep asking about my refund too. It should have been simple. I won’t be shopping here again.

"Shade was way off from the photos"
I ordered what looked like a soft pink shade from larinamakeup.com, but the one I received was much darker and leaned way more orange. Compared to the pictures on the site, it looked like a completely different product.
I know colors can vary a bit depending on lighting or your screen, but this wasn’t just a small difference. I’ve bought makeup online before where the shade was slightly off, but this was noticeably farther from what I expected.
It was disappointing because it makes it hard to trust the product photos. I probably wouldn’t order again since I don’t want to have to guess what color I’m actually getting.

"Not really worth the money"
I don’t know... it just felt way too expensive for what I actually got. I was expecting a bit more, honestly.
"Packaging could’ve been a lot better"
My order showed up in a flimsy box, and it looked like the makeup was just kind of rolling around inside. One of the items was cracked, probably from not having enough padding. I’m guessing it could’ve been packed a bit more securely, so I was definitely disappointed

"Delivery Was... Fine, I Guess"
I ordered from larinamakeup.com and, you know, very calmly waited while the delivery took way longer than I expected. The tracking just sat there with no updates for days, which was totally not frustrating at all.
The package did eventually show up, so I can’t say it was a complete disaster. But it definitely took longer than what I was shown at checkout, and I was just politely losing patience the whole time.
The products themselves were okay, no big complaints there. But the shipping experience needs some work, and I’m not sure I’d order again if I actually needed anything by a certain date.

"Pigment wasn’t what I expected"
The colors looked a lot duller in person than I thought they would, and I had to keep adding layer after layer to get anything decent. I wish the product info had been clearer about how sheer the pigment actually is, because I probably would’ve picked something else.

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered a few makeup things and thought shipping would be normal. Nothing crazy. But it took so long. Tracking barely updated. Just sat there. No idea when it was coming.
By the time it finally showed up, I was already over it. Products were fine, but the wait ruined it for me. If shipping is always like this, I probably won’t order again.

"Not enough shades to choose from"
I really wanted to like this, but the shade range is way too limited. My skin tone falls right between the options, so everything I tried looked a little off. I guess I’m supposed to just patiently wait for them to add more shades, which is annoying because I wanted to use it now. Disappointing overall...
